Got a pill in December. The salesman Ari explaind in my experience if I acquired the guarantee if"something" were to occur to it, it'd be changed.
Today I had been advised different things which I really could have my money-back for that guarantee. They WOn't substitute the pill, exactly the same saleman Ari that offered it in my experience!
Is there anybody who reported here actually gotten a responce?
Who next to the pissed customer actually read whats happening with this specific company. There should be somthing more we as customers may do to prevent poor people support distributed by P-C Rich & Child shop.
