Like others who have review cashinyoulaptop.com they have been ripped off by this company. They quote you a price that they are willing to offer you for your gadget/electronic but offer to less than half what was originally quoted. This is because when they finally receive they give you false reasons for that price.
I sent in my laptop that I barely ever used, that has no wear or defects whatsoever, and is in working condition with adapter/charger. But they sent me an email stating that it had defects, there was a problem with the battery and the charger, and there were physical defect and major scratches which was ridiculous because I and a few other people inspected before sending it out and there was none of those things listed that we saw, it was in mint condition. So instead of giving offering me the quoted price of $125 they offered me $21!
I am just reporting this to warn others and not use their website.
