I required warranty support 10:20AM, July 18 on my Television. I had been told somebody might contact me back.in 20 minutes. It's today 02:10PM but still no-call. I believe your support HURTS. I'll never purchase another product at P-C Rich & Child in Paramus. I don't like speaking with an individual internationally, that cannot speak English. Is that this the manner in which you handle your visitors. I'll contact the BBB.
