I bought a westinghouse 47" led t.V. From sam's dec. 23 2011. It had a 1 year warranty. Dec. 4 2012 the tv just went out while watching it and would not come back on. I've been trying for 2 weeks to have some one contact me. But when i call they make me hold for 10 to 15 mins. Then ask me to leave a message but the voice mailbox is always full. I've tried twice to fill out reports on their website with no response. I feel like their trying to duck me.
