Sandvik Publishing I bought 2 different pkg. Then canceled. They me a cancellation on e-mail. Now put 39 and 29 on my credit card, Should have been canceled. Thanks

This company sent me stuff for my Grandkids to get some books. I paid shipping and handing and then later talk to family. Decided to cancel. They sent me a cancellation notice back to me on e-mail. N ow the billed me for $39.95 for the Disney acct. And $29.99 for the Dr. Suess acct. It is suppose to be canceled. I e-mailed them, but they haven't put credit to my account. Thanks
