I recieved and eamil about getting a laptop for free when I responed you had to try 2 products then 2 more ect. I cancelled out but I still recieved the free sample which was not shipped until 10/22/04, from California to Florida.
Then when I went in to cancel the membership on 11/04/04, I was informed in bright read lettering that my membership was cancelled but the 1st months shipment had already been shipped and that my credit card had already been billed and that they do not give refunds, only credits for returned products.
I have sent them an email with no response explaining that I will be returning the product return to sender and contacting usacomplaints.com.Com due to the poor business practices.
This is the biggest bunch of poopy that I have ever seen and who would want to do further business with these people.
I also explained that there are laws in Florida governing such matters, but I guess they think they are ABOVE THE LAW, well they are about to get the surprise of their lives. They have just F*cked with the wrong person, I am sick and tired of these companies taking advantage of the general public and thinking they can get away with it.
