I am glad to get my first Credit Card in the USA, but sad to notice that somebody, CIC*Credit Report, drew money from my check account since I obtained the card. At the beginning I thought maybe the credit card company needed credit report to sign a card to new customer. But I am surprised that the money for credit report was drawn again and I did not receive any credit report. Today, when I occasionally browse the internet and found many people had the similar experiences like me, I know its a rip-off.
