Ordered a sample disc for japanese, never followed up and got a huge heavy package in the mail unexpectedly, no email advising of the shipment incase I forgot or wanted to discontinue. Sent it back, never got a refund, another just arrived. Now I have to discontinue my atm card to stop this. I can never get a refund!
