I sent Anthony Newton a total of $2,955.00 to purchase a Stinger 8 HP Candy Green Mini - chopper for my 10 yr. Old son Kieran's birthday. Actual cost of the bike was $2,556.00 and $399.00 was to be for the shipping to Hawaii.
Mr. Newton sent me 3 separate invoices of $985.00 which totaled $2955.00, through Paypal, which I paid all 3 in full. Mr. Newton had informed us upon the initial order that the Mini-chopper would take just 3-4 weeks to complete, ship, and arrive here in Hawaii, in plenty of time for my sons birthday party. Needless to say, his birthday party came and went without any mini-chopper. I had even postponed my son's party by two weeks in hopes of receiving the bike as promised by Mr. Newton.
Unfortunately, we are not the only ones that he has stolen from. I have been in contact with two others that also ran into the same fate as we have.
They too sent NEWTON payment and one of them also sent Mini-chopper parts along with his payment, and have received nothing in return.
After months of waiting with no response, one of them by chance got in touch with NEWTON by obtaining his home phone number.
NEWTON at that time, promised to send a full refund to both of them, along with the Mini-chopper parts that were also sent, and said that he was almost finished with the Stinger 8 HP Green for the birthday party. Well, that was over a month and a half ago. Since then, no contact has been made due to no one answering his phone or e-mails sent on a daily basis.
ANTHONY NEWTON has stopped answering his home telephone and business cell phone. Recently, his web site has been closed down by the web site host due to his non-payment of his monthly bill.
