I was recently layed off and purchased the books and dvd to help me find a way to survive the winter with little money for heat. I recieved in the post a cheap dvd and no books at all. I payed $70.00 to be scammed, money that could have helped my family during a very bad time. I am sick about it and wonder if these people realize the harm they have brought to my family... Profitting off of desperate people is shameful.
