First National Rips Off People With Fixed Incomes

I recieved a pre-approved credit card letter in the mail. I sent in the paperwork and a money order for $37.00. I have been waiting since December 12 to here about my credit card. These scam artist should be stopped. This little bit of money that I sent in hurt my financial situation. We as americans and friends should stop these people.
