This NSA has been sending me bills for more than 8 months Threatening to ruin my credit and demanding payment for a "Planner" boook that I never recieved - nor did I even order one.in the past I have ordered the "Smithsonian Planner & Pocket Planner" but have not oredered it recently. Cause I never used the darned thing.
Evidently, they sent my name in as a NoPay — for this past years 2004 books. But I never recieved them. If I had I would have sent them back.
I have sent them 2 physical letters to their post office box address that comes on the bill contesting this bill but they have yet to respond.
I tried today to call the # on the bill to no avial. Always the response is " the extention you entered is NOT valid. Please send your payment by mail." I also called the 800# I found on their www site and got the same results. NONE!
I am going to attempt to send them ONE more letter and copy it to the P.O. Box and the Street address I found on their site. I don't expect any results... But one can hope.
