I purchased 100 seven for all mankind jeans from Steve Weber the owner of Synertrade LLC on 11.06.04. The price including shipping was 5532$. I wired this amount the same day. He said that delivery would take 2 or three weeks. After three weeks i asked him about my jeans and he replied "Did you tell you customer 2-1/2 weeks for the seven jeans? No need to get nervous." Ok i waited another 2 weeks and nothing happened. On 17.07. I got these mail from him: "The seven jeans are ready to ship! I need your addy and tel please" I was very happy to hear that but again nothing happened. No tracking number only excuses. On 27.07 he wrote that the jeans would be shipped on August 3rd. I was angry to hear that because that the jeans are ready to ship on the 17th July.
One day later he wrote "The jeans - They came in today - we are preparing the documents, will be shippin out on the 29th" He said that they came in today so why did he say on the 17th that they are ready to ship?
I said that if i dont have these jeans in my hands next week i want my money back and he should keep his jeans. He replied on the 30.07. With this: "If you don't have your jeans next week ill send you 100 extra pairs. They were shipped out - calm down
I don't have the tracking info" I was wondering why he didnt have a tracking info. That is a little bit unusual for a 5532$ package isnt it? I waited another 5 days and than i began fighting with him via mail. On 06.08. He wrote this: "Sir,
Let me just say this:
We are the only ones who can get you these jeans without them being stopped at customs. They were shipped out SUNDAY night of last week. We had to prepare all the invoices and documents, you have no idea how much of a headache it is to send items out of country do you? You are lucky to deal with us due to the fact that we sell authentic jeans, and ontop of that provide paperwork. Don't you ever threaten me" If it is such a problem for him to send goods to Germany why does he do it? It is his job! I called him a lot of times in the next two weeks and all i got were lame excusions and he lied to me several times. On 24.08. He gave me a UPS tracking number. The tracking number does not work, of course!
The last mail from him was on 31.08.in which he said this: "Jan, Keep checking the tracking number. My shipper told me that it was handwritten forms not computer ones so it takes 24-48 hours. As soon as I get more information Ill pass it on to you, but as of now I have no control until my shipper tells me otherwise." Fact is that today is the 05.09, the tracking number still does not work and the jeans are not shipped. 12 weeks passed by and nothing happened. Only lame excuses and lyings all day. Steve Weber has many problems with other customers too, you only need to read.
Everyone can be sure that i do not stop fighting.
