Fraudulent credit card use

Same ol' story of an unknown company charge for $14.95 and an internet search that brought me here.

Reported it to the bank, the police, the FBI and to the 2 internet stores I had ordered from I have a firewall, so how did they get my debit/credit card number? With all these reports, does anyone know if anything is getting done?
