A few weeks ago right before christmas I recived a letter stating I would recive a platnium card with a 5000.00 limit and 0% A.P.R. For the first 12 months. So the day after Christmas I sent off with 43.00 of my own Christmas money for this card. Its now January 11th, I have checked the mail everyday waiting for this card Rush Delivery eh? This is what they call rush delivery now days? The pony express was much Quicker. I have read and reread this letter over and I see in the fine print (this apporval is fully enforcable under applicable laws.)
So how in the heck are we supposed to enforce it when you call information and they have no listings and whe you call the 800 automated number that hangs up on you. Well I'll tell you my friends We bombard them with snail mail, thats right we should all band together and send mass amounts of mail to them letting them know that by the power of us all we can and will take them to court and we dont have to stand alone as individuals who payed 43.00 or 35.00 each but that it was a nationwide scam that has costed the Consumers a great deal of money when you add it all up.
