They only care about taking your money, they could care less what happens to you once you "graduate". You dont become a "chef" once you graduate, you still have to go through the ACF and pay to take their exam to become certified. I know from experience that most restaurants wont hire students or graduates unless they've had prior experience in the industry. I had classmates who graduated with a 4.0 GPA and failed miserably during their externship and are now working in sandwich shops and fast food places making minimum wage.
You are better off just applying at a restaurant as a dishwasher, and working your way up to line cooking. $42,000 for a 14-month education is ridiculous and now, at the new school, they dont even feed the students anymore. Save your money!!! Dont waste it like i did and spend your entire life paying off the loans!!
