I went to Kaplan college to get some information about Kaplan University ONLINE I was assigned a " counselor" Salesman Susan Patrick, who asked me a few questions and lied to me about 80% of the information she gave me. She had me meet with the head of the computer department who also lied to me! When I asked how many lessons were hands on I was told about 50 % which was more like 10%. I was told that they had a job placement program and when I asked what was their job getting rate I was told 85%. Well no one in my class got a job thru Kaplan 2 years.
When I asked my counselor what I could expect when I graduate, and I was told I could open my own computer repair shop! Well after graduating with a certificate as a " Certified Computer Technician"
What a joke!
When I asked how many credits were transferable to the local community college I was told about 90%. When I signed up to continue my education I found out that none of my credits were transferable!
I was lied to all along the way! No job, no credits and now I have 10,000 dollars in student loans!
There needs to be a class action suit against these crooks!!!
