Ripoff fraud

On 7-2-02 I purchased a machine for $12,995.00. AAter a year I found a location in may3. When I hooked it up the keyboard was so sensitive that when you hit a letter it would keep repeating itself.

I called them and they said it was made that way and people would have to get used to it and there is no way to fix it. I would like my money back because it was bad from beginning. Not only is this defrauding the investor it also is defrauding the public because the public would have to keep putting money in because of the keyboard.
