I did not authorize Reservation Rewards to take any money from my Bank account. They have been doing this for over 4 months. The sum each month is $9.00
I tried calling their 888 # and have been placed on hold. Both times I waited over 1/2 hour, and both times the connection was turned off.
I tried cancelling my membership on their website, but they keep asking for a password. Since I never signed up as a member I do not have a pass word. So I'm unable to cancel.
My Bank said, if I can not contact them and get them to return all money they took from my account, I should contact the Bank again and report it as Fraud.
I plan on doing just that. Also I would be interested in forming a class acction to get this company to stop taking money from Bank accounts with out 'Monthly Approval'.
