Ripoff dishonest company, I returned their material within 30 days they denying my refund

I ordered John Beck's free and clear program.interesting reading. Then they offered coach and more material for $ 6,395 dollars. I have got first 30 minute with coach, talking about my goals. Before second coaching I have got more material. But nothing I could used in Canada. So I returned it.

Now I want my money back but no luck. They said over the phone that I started my coaching lesson and they are not going get my money back. They program 100% does not work in Canada and sold it to me anyway. I do not know what to do now!
