!!! Rip off company!!!
Found this companies bill for 29.95 in my online banking statement and had no idea where it came from?!?!? Checked up on it and found they had been charging me 29.95 twice a month for the past 6 months. I tried to call their customer service SEVERAL times.
1. Recieved a busy tone.
2. Recieved a busy tone.
3. Recieved a busy tone.
4. Emailed them and recieved no response. What a suprise.
5. Called there sales line. Of course they pick that phone up!
The bastards said they copuldn't help me and then put me
hold for 15 minutes with there cust. Serv. People. I then
asked to speak to management and NONE was ever available.
6. Recieved a busy tone.
7. Recieved a busy tone.
8. Quit calling, called my bank and reported fraudulent charges.
My bank rep. Told me the charge type they were using was through my checking account ROUTING NUMBER!!! So I had to have paid them with a check, done business with a partner of theirs and wrote them a check or gave them my routing number info.
I have no idea how they got that info and wont know until they pick up the phone. *I have been getting charged by them for 9 months and had no idea.* We need to watch our accounts now people!!! This is the 2nd fraud charge on my account in 2 months. This is starting to scare me a little bit.
Ive been in internet security from the beggining and can't protect my own account? So 8 months go by and i dont notice $300 missing from my account. This will never happen again. Just a heads up people check everything on your bank statements with a fine tooth comb.
