Nationwide C.S. Gina Lynn ripoff sent 38 dollars never recieved anything

I sent 38 dollars after recieveing the ad stating that I could earn 4000 A week from Gina Lynn, Hiring director for Nationwide C.S., inc. I went to the post office to pay for it to be shipped in two days because I am a single mother of two children and in bad need of money just for household bills I just want my 38 dollars back.
