It is a scam and a rip off. I had to call the company and tell them I was going to consumer affairs before the said they would reverse the charges. They didn't even offer me the program for their advertised price. I should have know it was a scam when before you could order it or get to the basic facts of the product, they make you listen to a long overselling video. I am surprised that they are licensed exclusively to Simon & Schuster
