Absolutely the worst company to deal with in trying to get a student loan. Unless you have perfect credit at 21 years old you will need a cosignor. Then, you will get between 10-30 emails telling you to go to their web site to complete the application. The web site does not have the functions that the email tells you to complete. Calling is equally as useless because they will register that a a new application for a new loan that will pop up on the web site under your account. They cant figure out how to complete the process. I am 28 days into this nonsense. Do not use them as a lender. Worse ever.
