Ripoff cashed check but never received product but has been over 3 months internet

I e-mailed them asked if they found my order then they made me identify my order and then e-mailed me back and said that they did find it. Well we found the money order and it turns out that the guy already cashed it but it had been over 3 months and I have still not received my order.
