This company in Different Names and Web Addresses claims to be The Largest Security Officer Training Network with over 30 locations across the US and growing.

The only thing they do is getting your money over the phone by Bank Card and then forwarding you to one of "Local" Security Training Schools in your area. They keep half of money for themselves and pay the rest to training institution.

In their Terms and Conditions, you read:

Consumer Agreement
Security Exchange is not a training center and does not make training
or completion decisions in connection with any person. Security
Exchange does not endorse or recommend the products of any particular
Training Center on any of its websites. Security Exchange is not an
agent of either you, the User, or any participating Training Center.
Security Exchange's services are administrative and consultative only.
You should rely on your own judgment in deciding which available
Training Centers product best suits your needs and financial means. The
Training Center is solely responsible for its services to you, and you
agree that Security Exchange shall not be liable for any damages or
costs of any type arising out of or in any way connected with your use
of such services...

Rude and Horrible! Then for what they charge clients?

I registered through them and after getting information email, I understood they referred me to the same training school I know about it and I would get better deal by negotiating face to face or at least those people in school would get the whole money.

This company invests a lot in internet and Search Engine Optimization technology to appear be the first link in Google, etc when people search about Security License related stuff. These are some of their numerous web addresses:
