To all you B* at International School of Health, Beauty and Technology, this is
what you get for lying and treating employees like s*. By the time you read this, if you ever do read this, I would have turned certain documentation and photos with a detail letter on your unprofessional behavior and breaking of laws to the state attorney and the educational department of Florida. I would have also contacted the mystery shopper department regarding your lying practices involving the FA department and admissions.
You think that you can treat employees with disrespect, harass and threaten them with been fired just because they work for you, think again. This will not end here, I promise you that!
To everyone out their, especially students. DONT enrolled in this school! They lie about
financial aid and have kept money from many grants from students that should have beenretuned to students by law. They have asked employees to sign false documentationregarding FA to cover their own asses. As of this moment, they have financial aid paperslying all over their office exposing personal information such as phone numbers, home address, date of birth and social security numbers. I have taken photos of all of these green file folders for submission. Their going over every FA file to cover up as much as possible before any audit from the state. How do I know all of this you ask, I still work for these B* and if they fire me, I will sue with many others that will stand by me. You B* think Im kidding? Try us and well shut you down!
They also make up fake enrollment packages to fool the owner, their all out for themselves with lies and cover ups. These guys are shit, ghetto and overpriced. The teachers have sex with the students as well as having students selling drugs on the school ground, and inside the school. Is this the school that you want to go to? I think not!
As I said, I have proof of all of this, and everyday Im getting more proof to report to the state. If you think that this is a joke, think again. You are breaking laws and you will be held accountable for this!
They also put pressure on their admission reps to get enrollments by giving them quotas on enrollments. Four (4) enrollments per day per rep, this is against the law.in the state of Florida, you cannot have enrollments quotas at any level, this can get you shut down you stupid BASTARDS! If the reps dont meet this number, they may lose their job. I have proof of this as well as everything else. Learn the law and stop treating employees like shit you BASTARDS!
They also talk to you like they own your ass when you dont want to share certain passwords or information with them. They want to have everything on you so that they can control you.! I would be more concern about meeting all of your clock hours for the students that as of now, and for a long time, they havent been met. Yes, thats right, students are not getting all of their clock hours regarding their programs. Lets see how the state reacts to this. Your stealing from students and the government you B*. This needs to stop! Its bad enough that sometimes the teachers are not even around for their class, but how could you treat students like this? This is wrong!
I could go on and on, but with the information that I have submitted to the state of Florida and the labor department regarding the non paid time for overtime which is illegal you B*, this will be enough for now. This needed to be shared to educate students and the state of Florida on your unlawful practices.
One more thing that I need to say. This school has certain individuals working for them that do not have legal status to work in this country. This also has been reported to the state regarding Chris De Vera and Reeny Bhan. Did you really think that I didnt know this? You would be surprised what I know. These two individuals will set up any employee that doesnt play ball with them to get fired. Many good employees have been fired for no reason because of them, and their both involved with financial aid and admissions.
This is not what I wanted to do, but Im sick of companies like this one that think that they can lie and pressure employees just because its a bad economy. Think again B*. Im not alone on this, so be very careful how you treat employees and extremely careful of who you decide to fire. As of now, you all could face legal action for unlawful treatment toward employees, students as well as harassment toward employees and the breaking of state laws.
