We're possibly making a wee bit of progess. While Diploma Company acknowledges a mistake, SURPRISE, they want MORE money to correct their mistake. Here's a copy of their email I receved today:
'I have taken a look at your order form and it appears that you supplied us only with a graduation year. If you had wanted a more specific date, then you would have needed to give us that. Otherwise, we pick a date for you. If you would like a reprint with a specific date, we can do that for you, but there will be a small reprint fee to cover the cost of shipping and materials. Thanks."
I've learned these lovely folks that operate ALL these fake diploma companies are a couple people in the fine city of Las Vegas (gotta hand it to 'em in this economy) with a decent printer & lots of websites.
They (3rd person because I have no real names) keep dodging the issue & referring to how hilarious it is to play tricks, pranks & gags. That business model wouldn't attract a rabid ant in this economy. The "slipped on a banana peel" customer service argument?
Hold onto your money folks if you're looking for a realistic "foolable" fake diploma. Spend away if you think its a hilarious gag to buy a fake diploma! Especially for $220 gauging shipping charges & "a small reprint fee" (read extortion) to correct the Diploma Company understanding and application of the calendar year.
