I contact them regarding a dept that was written off since 1987 which was still showing on my credit report. I told them that this was well beyound the statues of limitations of 7 years. They then went ahead and said I re-activated the account when I made a payment in 1998. Which is a total LIE! I am looking for anyone who is looking to file a class action law suit against them.
