I purchased a Palm pre September. It has been sent back twice to be repaired, first time it was returned it was fixed a month or 2 later same problem sent it back came back saying there was water damage on screen, demanded pics picked it up today no mention of water damage in fact no one could find anything on that at the store... Very strange... Yet i seen it written on the paper returned to Bell. The problem now they are saying is the usb port is damaged even although i have had no issues with this... It was charging fine. The issue was i could not phone out or sent text messages but i could receive them... Now i have my phone back my phone wont even show anything just Phone error... I have called and left my number with you I am not a satisfied customer and believe i have been lied too along the way. Could you please contact me...
