We were charged $499 up-front which is illegal (we were recently told) and were never contacted in two years. We called them and they were very defensive.
We lowered the price but still no response until we sent a certified letter recently asking for a refund. He denied having any problems with the system (although they have a traditional realty business which requires commissions upon SALE of listing).
I now have article from Wall Street Journal describing lawsuits against these unlawful practices.
