I started my adventure on Nov they stated you would receive your package within 2 weeks. I waited almost 4 weeks before contacting them because of the holidays a gave them a little extra time. When it still had not arrived I sent ab e-mail asking where is my order (no response) tried several more time (after 5 E-Mails) then informed that they have been busy. Within three days I got it. To say the least it was not as they said, so I sent it back the first week of Jan.
Since then I have sent repeated e-mails, only after getting a little testsy did I get a response. There first answer was we are busy right now and we check it out. Right now I send an e-mail at least once a day. Finally got a responce saying that they respond right away when they receive a package back with your account number on it. I sent it back in the orginal wrap (cost 1.95) (they charge 18.95). Today is march 25th. Home workers beware the are theives
