I have been ripped off too by pennco tech. I graduated at the top of my class as well and when i went out into the world pennco tech basically locked the doors behind me. They wouldnt help me, they sadly turned there backs on me after i graduated. They have there money and its sad we cant do much about it.
They have a legalized scam going on and TOO MANY PEOPLE are falling for it, giving away there lives and careers to pennco techs scam.
They need to be stopped stealing money out of peoples futures when promising them one. Anyone who reads this go to http://penncotechscam. Tripod.com its a great website that has to be seen and known, please pass it on before pennco tech steals more money from your futures. Complaint Please Help!
