Get it perfect or lose. I got some $ back. Frank sent me a "canned" e-mail b*tchin' that I don't know the economics of scale for the purchase, because I asked a question. Wicked rude. The opposite of customer service. All my question was is: Did I get billed twice? Yes they did. Run away.
