I signed a contract with this company for one year of service.
Intially i was billed with the same name on two different account number, but only one was mine, after repeated calls to various supervisors was i able to close an account in my name that wasn't mine own.
The calling plan that that a contracted for 500 mins free during peak 1000 mins off peak 1000 mins weekends was never honored by this company. Then i didn't receive a bill for six months.
I called monthly requesting a bill and at each time i was informed that i had a zero balance.
Finally the bills came in not with the rate i contracted with. Rude and abrasive customer sales reps.
Now demand 1586.67. I cancelled when my yearly contract ended in september and now they are attempting to tack on 27.84 each month.
