Ripoff, did not authorize multiple 39.95 deductions from checking

I recently got my internet connection, while surfing i signed up for a $1.00 preview for three days with my debit card. I went back in to cancel before the three days was up and they took out 39.95 out of my account twice. I never really even used the service i was billed for. I tried to contact them about this and no response. What do i do?
