Objective: Please kindly investigate my case thoroughly, and take a serious action on it.
Dear my Honor Isakoff,
As per our phone conversation on the 8/1 (Friday), you give me an opportunity to write a grievance letter, therefore I am writing my complaint letter what Thomas M. Diggs did wrong to me. Please look closely into my letter, and take a serious action on it.
I was accepted as LL. M student at Regent University School of Law in the Spring of 1999. All the requirements for LL. M and other the information is removed by Thomas M. Diggs. I vehemently believe that Steve Christensen might be able to get that information. I hold my LL. B (Bachelor of Laws cf. J. D) from Rangoon University, Burma in 1984. Since that time, I was working for the government of Burma, and I was a private practice Barrister-at-Law until 1989.
According to Steve Christensen, I have to ask Rangoon University to send my LL. B certificate directly to LL. M program at Regent University School of Law. According to Mr. Christensen, the School received all my certificates including Burmese original. I received my grades for the Spring of 1999 from Mr. Christensen through email, and said I got 80% on both classes. It means that I got B - on those classes.
In the Fall of 1999, I was accepted as a joint degree student of LL. M and Government Public Policy. However, I was not allowed to register for those classes. At the same time, my password for LL. M was blocked. I asked help from Mike Ash (Vice President for Student Services), but he couldn't solve the problem. He mentioned that Thomas M. Diggs is the source.in the Fall of 1999, I went to School of Business, and the Manager of the Admission pulled up my file, and I got B in LL. M classes for the Fall of 1999. However, the School switched my grades. I asked Mike Ash, what is the reason these unethical practices made by Thomas M. Diggs. He told me that you mentioned about discriminatory that is the reason they are not willing to fix your grades. Besides, he told me that the enemies don't want to see your success.
I filed my grade appeal, but there was no resolution reached. Therefore, I was in mental depression, I visited Burma to get a relief in February. I came back to the States in March. According to Thomas M. Diggs, he sent out all three textbooks to every student. According to his email to all students, every student must use those books for their exam paper. However, I never got one. I asked him to send me, and I got those by the end of April. When I was working on my paper LAW 911, in the Spring of at Regent University School of Law Library, Howard Shannon stole my wallet and textbooks. At the same time, Thomas M. Diggs blocked my accessibility to LEXIS, and WEST Law.
Because of my stolen reports, Thomas M. Diggs blocked my accessibility to my classes. It is a retaliation based on my report. I am supposed to graduate in the Fall of but my Federal Loan was approved for the Spring of 2001. It means that Thomas M. Diggs had a plan for not to graduate in the Fall of 2000. Howard Shannon through Student Services returned all my textbooks to me in December because I had made a police report. Mike Ash asked me to write an apology letter to Howard Shannon. As a favor to my superior, I wrote one, but they are not satisfied with it. Therefore, they asked me to get psychological evaluation, the same as Herbert Chadbourne.
Because of this unethical conduct, which was practiced by Thomas M. Diggs, I was in mental depression. Therefore, I visited Burma the second time. Before I left for Burma, I wrote a letter to Dr. Pat through his secretary who was no longer in the Office. Because of my letter, Thomas M. Diggs was very angry. He returned all my Federal Loans to my lender. Besides, he didn't allow me to see my grade for LAW 911 for a year. I asked help from Registrar to Dr. Mulford. Dr. Mulford gave me some good advice, but Thomas M. Diggs is a racist. Therefore his advice didn't work for my case.
Thomas M. Diggs blocked all my accessibility to LAW 910, LAW 920. I asked computer service and Steve Christensen, but it couldn't be fixed. Because of that Steve Christensen was no longer at LL. M program. According to Mr. Christensen, Mr. Andrea who married to a Japanese woman was not allowed to have a textbook. Thomas M. Diggs forced him to drop his classes.
I filed a complaint with grievance committee at Regent University. Dr. Ryan assigned Dr. Arroyo to investigate my case. According to Dr. Ryan's letter, my letter was received on September 7. Therefore, the Chairman of the committee must respond within a month. He must respond by October 7. However, I never received their response until November 4. Therefore, I spoke with Gi Gi the Secretary of Dr. Pat. She set appointment for me with Dr. Ryan, but there was no response letter. However, my passport was stolen on the November 5. I made a police report on November 8. On the same night, Thomas M. Diggs gave me the decision letter. He wrote the letter and signed it. He must know that he doesn't have any authority to write and sign that letter. The next day he flew to New Zealand. I wrote a letter to Ed Schrock, with his letter I went to Washington, DC, on November 20, I got my replacement passport on the same day. On the same date Thomas M. Diggs returned from New Zealand. According to the relevant facts, he must know where my passport is now.
Besides, he put a memo, said, Kai, doesn't have a law degree. Therefore he must work on MIT program. I never applied for MIT. It is needless to say that it is defamation. A week before my graduation date, he removed my name from the lists. He showed me my grades for LAW 911 on April 30. My conclusion is that Thomas M. Diggs is a liar, a thief, a hypocrite, a racist, and a Mafia. Therefore I pray that I must be given the following relieves:
(1) I must graduate as of 2000. (All my grades must be fixed based on Thomas M. Diggs unethical Conducts since the Spring of 2000)
(2) Thomas M. Diggs is responsible for all my Federal Loan repayments plus interest. (It should be checked with Citibank Student Loan)
(3) Thomas M. Diggs is responsible for my stolen wallet ($ 25,000 $ 500)
(4) Thomas M. Diggs is responsible for my stolen passport, and round trip air ticket to Burma. ($ 2000)
(5) Regent University School of Law is responsible for my potential job since US $ 10,000/moth for 3 years, $ 360,000.
(6) Thomas M. Diggs must be removed from Regent University, otherwise, this unethical conduct will be continued.
(7) All my unethical records must be removed which Thomas M. Diggs at Registrar Office made.
(8) I must be allowed as full scholarship student at CLS (Doctorate Program) because of the said unethical conduct stops my continuing studies.
(9) The School is responsible to offer me a legal related job.
(10) Punitive damages based on item # 5.US $ 360,000 x 4= $1,440, 000.
(11) To stop the would-be-retaliation.
Dear my Honor, the aforementioned statement shows that Thomas M. Diggs' unethical conducts are not acceptable in Christian University. Therefore, please investigate thoroughly, and take a serious legal action on my case. I am looking forward to hearing from you in the near future.
