NHE Content Writer Scam
Fake NHE Jobs Spartanburg

Pretty much exactly what the first victim said here. I
applied for what I thought was a content writer position at NHE, turned out to
be a scam to try and obtain my banking and personal information. The ad posted
on fitnessjobs.com doesn't want you to go to the National Health Educators (NHE
Certification) website, because if you do, you'll be able to apply for the
actual NHE content writer position or any other actual job posted on the NHE
website and you'll be able to see the stark difference in how NHE hire's. NHE
has a very thourough recruitment process. It's not a one page application form
that makes you divulge your banking information. The fitnessjobs.com scam ad
posts a hotmail email account - [email protected], where they request
that you 'inquire' about the content writer job. The next day you get a phone
call from some guy who calls himself 'Dave' and he wants o forward a job
application to you. Only an idiot would actually fill this thing out! It asks
for a ton of inappropriate personal information that could never have anything
to do with a legetimate job and the fact that it's a one page application form
(similar to a credit card form) is reason enough to run! NHE doesn't do this.
You have to complete a career profile on the NHE website and they don't call
you and ask a bunch of inappropriate question just to get you to give out your
information. If you are not dealing with Mr. Caldwell at NHE (you can verify
that you are by calling his phone number which is posted on his office information
page), then you are probably not dealing with the actual NHE company. I was
told that all NHE employees have an NHE online office page which someone who
doesn't actuall represent NHE could never have. They do this now so that you
can verify that your dealings are with an official NHE representative.

Long story short - -don't waste your time.
Fitnessjobs.com posts job scams and reporting it to them means nothing. The
same scam ad is still posted on the fitnessjobs.com website. Use careerbuilder
and monster only. Job hunters beware!!!
