Ripoff charged my credit cards for a monthly fee of $7.00 without any aurthoization

Upon receiving this months credit card bill I noticed a $7.00 charge in the Monthly Bills and Related Expenses column. I never authorized this, I not contact them by phone, because of bad weather situations. But, I must have this cancelled.
