On Nov. 21, I sent $34.99 to a company called Data Outsourcing Solutions in Midland, TX. I had been corresponding with a Ms. Thompson about this work at home opportunity and yes I know an upfront fee is a red flag and I even questioned them about this.
I like giving people benefit of the doubt and sent the money in and after several unanswered emails, Ms. Candice McGovern sent an email stating that I would receive my materials after my check had cleared the bank. The check went thru Qchex.
The check cleared on Dec. 1 and still no materials. That is fraud so I sent this company an email saying if I didn't receive a refund in two days, a letter would go off to the BBB and the FTC
and since I haven't received any materials for my money, another government organization will probably get involved. Fraud is a major crime.
Even if I don't get my money back, it will be well worth the $34.99 to get Data Outsourcing LTD shut down and hopefully fined for ripping off consumers.
There is also another website called MomsExpo.com that has a report of this company.
Anyone who had dealings with Data Outsourcing, please come forward and together we will show them we won't be scammed.
