State of Hawaii, Jeffrey E. Brunton, attorney, had a judgment against Kensington University Inc., in October, 1999. Jeffrey E. Brunton sent me a letter suggesting that the only recourse would be for me to take the matter up with Mr. Alfred Calabro, a California attorney who was president of Kensington University. His law office address is at either 128 S. Isabel Street, Ste 200 or El Arbolita Drive; Glendale, CA 91209 (Telephone 818-240-4812).
Jeffrey E. Brunton of State of Hawaii, Office of Consumer Protection wrote me: "Despite our court's order, to our knowledge, o one holding a Kensington degree was ever repaid a penny. Unfortunately, Kensington never actually existed in Hawaii, save for a mail-drop which forwarded mail to its owner, California attorney Alfred Calkabro. Kensington had no office, no campus, no employees, no students and most importantly, no assets within the state of Hawaii.
Kensington University used its California address when I graduated in 1998 with the Ph. D. Degree (I had my Master's degree and some Ph. D. Course work credits from renowned universities). Only recently I happened to notice on the Internet that they were not a legtimate university. When I registered in 1993, it stated that it was State approved in California.
It is outrageous that the President of Kensington University (Inc.) used his position as a lawyer (with his other lawyer brothers) took advantage of legal loopholes and cheated consumers. Whatever you can do on my behalf via your good attorneys or file a class action will be most deeply appreciated.
Thank you and
GOD BLESS,
'Mo-Law Suen.'
