I paid 12,000.00 dollars just to hear an overweight "Wealth Trainer, " which first looks nothing close to wealthy and sounds more like a used cars salesman, tell me how to invest in real estate. The only thing I learned was:
1. How to rack up debt on my credit card
2. How to ruin my credit
3. How not ask any detailed questions (as you wont get any answers from the trainer)
4.in a nutshell I'm still paying off my credit cards (its been 2.5 years)
