I have been waiting on and refund from AIU for the past three months for loans dispursement, all I have recieved has been excuses. I was repackaged for aid without the school asking my premission cause they claim my classifcation level had changed quailfying me for more aid. So guess what they applied for it for me without asking my permission, then left a message claiming they wanted to talk to me knowing they had already filed for the funding with Department of Education. The when I contacted there department about my refund they stated it starts over again putting my refund even father out. I was expecting to refund since I had been off from a major surgey, even when I emailed the doctor excuse and hospital discharge papers they didnt even care. I even had one of there customer service personel to tell me I need a better job cause I should not depend on the refund to help me out, I stated to her first of all I have a job, and that I work everyday as a C.N. A I just had surgery and was going to use the fund to pay housing expenses till I go back to work. This school changes the lies everyday about when I am due to recieve my refund. I am for sure looking into a better school with less drama and fruadlent information
