I had placed my bike with this leasing company called USVM, all contracts and paperwork had been completed. Once the person who was going to be the leasee came and picked up the vehicle and took it back to Minnesota the fun began. Not only was it a nightmare trying to get the one payment that I did get, it is now a nightmare trying to get my parts that were damaged during the time it was leased.
This company has screwed me over from the day they took my bike and they continue to screw me over today. I had to call everyday of the week in order to get the payment that I got. Once I was informed that the person who leased my bike no longer wanted it I then again had to call each and every day to try and get a payment.
I had to spend my own money to have someone go from San Antonio to Minnesota to pick up the bike and bring it back to me. ($500.00) They still have my seat that goes on the bike and it is worth $150.00 dollars. He (Judah McNeilly) let my bike fall over when he had it and caused over $700.00 dollars damage to it.
He has promised time and time again to send me the parts and he has not done that either. I call this guy (Judah) who is the owner of this so called company and he says can you hold on a minute or just hangs up on me. What the hell is that from someone who is suppose to be running a business. So here I am with my 2001 TL 1000 R that has 4000 miles on it and approximately $700 to $800 dollars damage to it.
