I had to drop out of the chosen field of study I had opted to take after four or so weeks due to health problems plus other reasons. I didn't even finish the first course that is required for everyone to take.
I wrote the college explaining my situation and they promptly informed me that I owed them over $200.00 dollars, in a lump sum, to "satisfy the cancellation liability on your program". I didn't even finish the first course and now I discover I owe them this sort of money? I call that a Rip-Off of the first degree.
I asked them if it made sense to demand a lump sum when I was paying for the course by the month? I then received a nasty notice that I had 30 days to pay the money ($200.) or it would be turned over to a collection agency.
Stay away from this college. They aren't interested in anything except your money. If you have any sort of personal problem they are not interested in it.
