I came to Indy from Ohio in Aug. 2005. Looking for a new direction in my life. Being a single Man i thought over the road trucking could be interesting. Upon getting checked into my living quarters which was a Holiday Inn, it seems that was the only plus to this farce of a "school". I had just renewed my drivers license in Ohio, due to my Birthday upcoming, so i spent $28.00 bucks i later found out i could have saved. I had to get an Indiana operater license for anther $30.00. I was never told about this on any phone calls, or in any literature sent. I too did my first week in class, and the next two weeks on the "range" and taking tests at the B.M.V. I passed all those with flying colors. One day while taking tests we had a long line to wait in to take our tests. So after all the waiting and rain, pouring rain at that, i didnt think we would be on the range due to the late hour of the day. And weather. The next morningat roll call, i was told i had to go back to class and do it all over again as punishment for not coming back to the school.
So now im here going on 4 weeks. I had trouble with parralel parking, i asked for a on Saturday.in which we were there all Saturday's. This Saturday was different. I got no help at all from any of the instructors. After repeated attempts of practically begging for help. As i was due to take my C.D.L. Test the upcoming week. Now after 4 yrs. Im getting sued by this shithole of a "school" i have to drive to Indy. From Ohio, and go before a judge rivera.in which i hear is not to highly respected. Im going to go it alone. As i cant afford an attorney. So i ask why wait for 4 yrs. To sue me? I have never lived anyplace else since i left that school. I tried to call back to get some advice about my testing and help with parking. I didnt receive a single phone call from C1.. Until they tried to collect this joke of a tuition. I also had an intstructor who was having family problems, and he decided to take it out on the students in the cab of the truck, if we made the smallest of errors. He was very anal. The range instructors were all to busy worrying about what they are doing after work. To help anyone. This place is a joke. They will never get a dime from me. Or their lawyer Brian Alsip. Bring it on DUDE..
