I was taking classes at CSULB towards a MS in Civil Engineering. I bought two books for $259.22 from Biblio.com and they said 7-14 day delivery. After three weeks, I needed the texts so I cancelled the order and purchased the books from the campus bookstore. Well, the other books show up after five weeks and I send them back US mail (a big mistake) with the company's return authorization #, to the address given to me. No response from Biblio.com and they charged my Mastercard. Even after disputing these fraudulent charges with Mastercard, I have no other options and was charged $259.22 for books that I do not even have. I am send this email to everyone I know to warn them about my online purchase experience with Biblio.com and to warn you all of this crooked company. Other names for Biblio.com are: SpeedyBooks.com SpeedySeller.com and Landmark Global. All have the same address in Ontario California but when I call information and use a reverse phone book—none of the entities exist at the address given to me by BIBLIO employee.
