On May 10, I received Erich Winneckes E-mail on the "TOP TEN" Internet Businesses and "Highly recommend the ten business you listed.
They guaranteed these companies as "legitimate and currently paying their Affiliates". You stated "every one of these opportunites were investigated from all aspects and were held to the highest scrutiny.
Of these, Refund Recovery was listed. Under was written: This highly rated opportunity is rated one of the best Internet Home Based Business Opportunites available today! Earn $75/hr with Your Own Home Based Processing Refunds for FedEx/UPS.
Upon your recommendation and guarantee, I ordered this software. I received a CD case, with two CD's. There were no instructions or anything else except for a tiny slip of paper instructing that CD-2 should be downloaded prior to CD-1.
I have never received anything else. I have looked into this and found that FEDEX/UPS does not refunds third parties and refunds will be refused if collected by anyone other than the shipper. Also, it does not allow access to their data and any attempts to collect data would result in legal action and will not be tolerated in any way.
I do not see how this could have been missed in your investigation from all aspects and how this could be held to the highest scrutiny.
Does your guarantee include a refund of my purchase price for this?
Please be advised that I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, the Usa Consumer Complaints.com and every other agency that I can find. Seems to me there should be a law about recommending people to scams that rip off probably the most needy. Especially when they are looking to make some money. It's a total shame that you could do this to someone who is looking to work to make something. What is your cut in this?
I hope that I will get a response to my E-mail, but I doubt that you have the moral or ethics to respond. Is this how you make enough to pay your affiliates?
