Ripoff I received an overdraft notice from my bank stating that they tried to take out $49.95

I had never even heard of 1Rate.com until I received an overdraft notice from my bank stating that they tried to take out $49.95. So now I am overdrawn on my account and I have to pay that amount. I would like to know how in the HELL they got my account number in the first place. This is just absolute bullshit for this to happen to people!
