Ripoff, unfulfilled order, no response to calls, false information, no refund

I ordered product in Nov. 2002—received part of order—have called 5 times, gave up on 3 because of 20 mins plus hold time @ long distance rate—talked to man 2 times—first time said the product was popular but when they got it back in stock all backorders would be immediately filled—second time man told me it would be shipped in 3 weeks—that was more than 3 months ago. I have lodged a complaint and demand with the company via email—don't have much hope for an answer!
